Quiche is a french dish made with a pastry crust and filled with a custard that is made with a variety of ingredients, including cheeses, meats, vegetables and seafood.
The ingredients can be any food that you have on hand, and you can mix it up to make some unique combinations that become a favorite. However, to be fully considered a Quiche Lorraine, the dish must include all of the following: eggs, heavy cream, bacon and Swiss Cheese.
