Vienna Sausages are a great little chunk of meat made from pork and beef. The Vienna Sausage can be used for a main dish or works great as an appetizer or as part of a side dish.
Very popular in Austria, they have made themselves known worldwide. They have a good flavor, slightly savory, due to the little amount of spice added. Similar to a hot dog, they are softer and shorter than a traditional hotdog.

These Pigs in a Blanket are a classic snack food or appetizer. They make a great dinner for when kids have friends over.
These are simple to make and taste wonderful. There are many ways to make these treats, this recipe involves the easiest method.
You can use canned Crescent roll dough as the blanket for these. You will need to do a slight bit of preparation, but really not much for the smiles that you get back in return.

This can also be called Army Base Stew. This dish includes ramen noodles as the bed for this great tasting dish.
A slice of cheese is placed on top of the Ramens immediately after cooking. You will also use Korean Radish, yellow onion and a variety of canned meats, including Vienna Sausages.
When mixed with the tasty gochujang, which is a red chili sauce, the flavor jumps even higher.

Nestled in a spicy Rose Sauce, this robokki also has red chili sauce and Vienna sausages.
There are Rice cakes, and milk also used. The flavor combination sounds different, but it is very tasty and will surprise you how many people absolutely love this dish.
This dish is very easy to make, all in one pan and most of it will cook together in the sauce for the perfectly blended flavors. This recipe is a keeper for sure.
4. Chicken Pastel Lasagna
This looks more like a Chicken lasagna with a white sauce. However, there is so much more to this than what it appears.
The chicken combines with Vienna Sausage discs and is in the midst of a cheesy sauce. There is also mushroom, carrot and potato with a special blend of everyday spices.
The recipe does call for a little fish sauce, do not leave that out, it is important for the flavor, which is what makes this perfect.
5. Cheesy Embutido
This recipe is for a Filipino meatloaf that is stuffed with sausages and red and green peppers.
With a whole list of other items that bring the classic meatloaf together. This is not your Grandma’s meatloaf, it is better, more tasty and so much easier to make.

These skewers are simple to make, all you need to do is alternate the Vienna Sausage and the cylinder shaped rice cakes.
After brushing with the sticky sweet and sour sauce, sprinkle the skewers with crushed peanuts and parsley for a delicious meal.
9. BBQ Mini Sausage Stir Fry
Super easy to make, amazingly delicious and complete with your favorite flavors. It is savory, sweet and tangy, and then you toss in pecans and onions.
Sprinkle the completed dish with sesame seeds and you have it all together on one plate. I usually make a bowl of white rice or even stir fried rice to really mash up the flavor combinations in this dish.

This dish is based on a cuban dish made with yellow rice with a tomato sauce flavored base. Loaded with Vienna Sausages and other types of pork, this dish is savory and filling.
There are many substitutions or even additions that can be added to this dish. Simply put, Arroz con Salchichas is a rice dish made with sausages.
This dish comes together quite easily and will be a staple in your house.
11. La La Anthony’s Arroz Con Salchichas and Frijoles Negros
Another version of the Cuban inspired rice dish with Vienna Sausages, red and green peppers and all in a tomato sauce base.
This version includes black beans, onion and adobo. The seasoning is the classic seasoning for this rice dish and will put smiles on the faces of all.
You can add in ham or other forms of pork. So many people love this sausage and rice dish with Vienna Sausage.
12. Cheese Roll with Vienna Sausages
This dish or appetizer will take some work and ingenuity. The cheese will need to be softened and then rolled out on a greased counter.
The Vienna sausages will need to be chopped up fine and mixed with the spices, the cottage cheese is mixed with mayonnaise and spread on top of the rolled out cheese, topped with the chopped sausages and then rolled up.
The roll should be refrigerated before being sliced and served.
13. Vienna Sausage and Bean Salad
A Spanish infused and styled salad recipe that contains Vienna Sausage and white beans.
The dressing is light and is poured over the Vienna Sausage, beans and eggs. This salad is filling, yet light and refreshing. It is actually a very tasty combination and is so easy to throw together at the spur of a moment if need be for a quick meal.
The Vienna Sausages could be replaced with other types of miniature sausages if you choose. Just as with the beans,the recipe calls for small cannellini beans, however almost any other type of bean would work in the tasty delight.

Haitian Spaghetti is a delicious dish prepared in much the same way as spaghetti with beef. The only difference is that Haitian Spaghetti involves sliced Vienna Sausages and a blend of vegetables.
There is also a spice in this dish that really needs to be included. It is called Haitian Epis. This is not a new dish, and very little has changed over hundreds of years, however, it would be just normal spaghetti unless you find a specialty shop and include the Epis.
15. Macaroni Cheese Deluxe
This is definitely not your Mom’s Mac and Cheese! This recipe can turn a simple boring dish into one that is requested time and again.
I did not believe that a couple small additions would change a classic Macaroni dish into one that is spectacular. I used fusilli pasta, but elbow macaroni is just as good.
I chopped up the Vienna Sausage and also added bits of bacon. Then added sliced tomatoes on the top, before covering it with two types of cheese and baking it.
16. Vietnamese Pizza
This is a classic street food in Vietnam, but I find that it is also well loved here.
The crust is made by using Rice paper and then loading the toppings on. Other than grilling the rice paper, there really is no need for an oven. The grilling of the rice paper as you top your pizza will also cook the beaten egg.
My surprise is that I used diced up Vienna sausages as one of the toppings. A simple idea that fills you up. To eat, the pizza is folded in half.

This is a fun dish that I grew up eating. Coming from a large family, we cut corners and still enjoyed our food.
With bits of scallion, onion, sweet red pepper as well as green pepper, there is a lot of flavor pulsing through this colorful breakfast.
The chicken Vienna Sausages taste best with this dish, but any flavor of sausage could be used and enjoyed in this hearty breakfast. Served up with a side of toast or a blueberry muffin and you will feel satisfied.
19. Vienna Sausages ala Minute
Depending on how many you want to make, this recipe makes a great snack or could be a sweet little dinner idea. They also make the perfect appetizers for small get-togethers.
Vienna Sausage, Cheese, and sliced pickles are alternately loaded on each skewer. A topping made with seasoned bread crumbs and mustard all stirred together gives these little bombs a great sauce and added flavor.
